TEFL SaaS Launch: Lead Generation Campaign

The Challenge
Plan and execute a cost-effective launch campaign for "TEFL On Demand," a new software platform for English teachers. The goal was to generate qualified leads by driving sign-ups to a demonstration webinar, with a target of 50 registrations and a total budget of £2,500.

My Strategic Approach

I focused on TEFL teachers who are overwhelmed by administrative tasks. The campaign used Facebook for hyper-targeted ads and lead forms, and Instagram for visual demonstrations via Reels. I strategically chose these platforms over others like TikTok, which had a mismatched audience.
